Certification & Quality Control
What we hold, what is in progress, and how we control quality
Certification claims are easy to write and hard to prove. Our position is simple: we state exactly what we hold, what is still in progress, and we send you the actual test report when you ask for it.

In progress & planned
CE
In progress — comparing notified body quotations
CE marking — PPE Category II, Regulation (EU) 2016/425
Type-examination (Module B) + technical file. Certificate numbers will be published on this page as soon as they are issued.
EN 388
Planned — 2-3 leading models first
EN 388:2016+A1 — abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture, ISO 13997 cut
Full EN 388 test set is being arranged for our core models. We are starting with 2-3 best sellers rather than certifying the full catalogue at once.
Our 5-step quality control
1. Incoming material inspection (IQC)
Every yarn and latex/nitrile batch is checked for count, tensile strength and colour consistency, sampled and logged before it reaches the knitting floor.
2. In-process knitting checks
Gauge, weight and liner dimensions are patrolled at set intervals during knitting. Off-spec liners are pulled before dipping, not after.
3. Dipping parameter control
Compound viscosity, bath temperature and curing time are recorded shift by shift, so every batch can be traced back to its process parameters.
4. Finished goods AQL sampling
Finished gloves are sampled to AQL 2.5 for appearance, dimensions, coating adhesion and marking before they are packed.
5. Pre-shipment verification
Carton quantity, shipping marks and packing list are re-checked against the order. Retained samples are kept for 12 months for traceability.
What this means for you
We send the actual report
Ask and we send the full third-party test report, including report number, laboratory and test method — before you place an order, not after.
Buyer-nominated inspection welcome
You may appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own inspector for pre-shipment inspection. We cooperate fully and cost is negotiable by order size.
No overstated claims
We will not print a certification mark we do not hold. What is on this page is what we can document today.
Tell us which market you sell into and we will tell you exactly which documents we can supply today — and when the rest will be ready.
